Please join us in thanking Shelia Perry and NinaMae Coberly for their gift of 3 iPads and 2 Android tablets in memory of Shelia’s Dad and NinaMae’s Grandpa, Tex E. Walton. Tex was diagnosed with COVID-19 and unfortunately succumbed to the disease in October 2020. Due to in-person restrictions and lack of devices at the hospital where he was treated, the family was only provided a few opportunities to speak with him virtually and before he passed. These gifts given in his honor will be disbursed throughout CAMC COVID areas for staff to use with patients and their families to help provide more chances to virtually be together.
